STATE PROPERTY PROCEDURES IN SARDINIA

The project involved the interior and exterior reorganization of a villa in Porto Rafael, in the municipality of Palau. We redesigned and reorganized the outdoor terrace spaces, making them usable and offering extraordinary views of the La Maddalena archipelago. Using the house plan regulations, we expanded and renovated the kitchen after conducting several renderings to identify the best design solution. The interiors were completely renovated and redesigned, including the installation of new heating and air conditioning systems with underfloor heating. We used natural materials such as Orosei marble, parquet flooring, wooden shelves, and granite. (Works in collaboration with Mauro Milani)
